How to Apply

  1. Application forms are available at the Institute in the Office of the Academic Registrar
  2. Only dully filled forms of applicants which meet the necessary requirements shall be processed.
  3. All application forms shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of, 20000/= (non-refundable) payable in cash

    Download and fill the application forms, attaching copies of all the relevant documents/certificates

    • Forms should be filled by the applicant and submitted to the Academic Registrar’s office.
    • Successful students will receive their admission letters at the Institute.

Requirements

You are required to report with the following items on the day of reporting.

Personal Effects;

  1. 6 rolls of toilet papers for boarding students, 4 rolls of toilet papers
  2. 4 passport photos
  3. Photocopy of parent’s national ID
  4. A pair of sports shoes and sports wear
  5. Enough personal requirements beddings [ for boarding students ], mosquito net
  6. Counter Books
  7. Pens
  8. Basin/Bucket
  9. Laundry soap
  10. A torch and a pair of dry cells
  11. One ream of paper
  12. A Plate, Cup, and cutlery

NB. — Each student is required to come with a bag for essential purpose.

— Mattresses will be provided by the school.

Different courses are required to bring different items for use during practical’s as stated below:

Catering course

  • 2 saucepans (that can cook for two people),
  • Frying pan
  • Ladles and knife, spoon
  • Chef’s hat & Apron

Tourism and Hospitality Management

  • Rain coat
  • Sun or rain hat

Caring for Children and Elderly

• Apron

• A Pair of scissors

• Crayons

• Glue stick

• Mirror

Hotel and Domestic housekeeping

  • Broom and dust pan
  • Dust or wiping cloth
